UAV Thermologist with FAA 107 is Kentucky Thermal Institutes 3-day thermography, FAA lesson all in one. Drones are becoming more and more prevalent in industry from Roof Scanning and Package Delivery to Powerline/Transformer Monitoring and Search and Rescue, Thermal Imaging enhances accuracy and ease for many preexisting Drone applications and creates NEW applications and opportunities. Multiple obstacles are presented as students learn to control their drones and learn about thermography. Students generally attend this course in pairs, with the licensing being Pilot and Co-pilot, which is based on testing scores.
